Powershell to update many commonly used apps more quickly

When you update apps on your PC sometimes you can update them 1 by 1. If you were looking for a way to update many common apps all at once do this:

1. Run Powershell as Admin

2. Paste the following line of code in and click enter key to run it:

winget upgrade --all







-what it does:

scans all apps tracked by winget and compares existing app version numbers to latest/greatest app version numbers as posted by official catalog or each app’s development team AND batch upgrades apps or in other words: Automatically  downloads and runs the installers for every single matching application in one go
